For whom and why to restore wells

Gradually the village of Grubisno Polje could be repopulated as the government is carrying out the reconstruction program. This program envisages the reconstruction of the houses and not of the stables, and of the wells equally damaged by the war.
Most of the inhabitants, before the war, were involved in agriculture and livestock breeding and the new generations would like to continue these activities, but there are serious impediments. During the war, agricultural mechanization was destroyed, livestock killed and wells polluted.
For this reason, families that had a decent economic level have now become social cases;
having a home back for them means nothing if they do not have the opportunity to carry out an activity and feel self-sufficient.
Arguing, blaming, criticizing is useless.

If we want to restore dignity to these people, we contribute to the realization of the project:
Reactivate the wells

To guarantee the return of refugees, wells must be cleaned and families must be provided with the water necessary for agriculture, livestock and in many cases also for the hygienic needs of families.

€ 1,000 is enough to make a well accessible.

After the drainage of the wells, 10 families returned to their homes.
More than twenty years later, the problem reappears again in Croatia, in Banovina, due to the earthquake

You could be the benefactor who favors the restoration of wells in the Banovina region.
