On January 21, 2025, a meeting took place at the headquarters of the Rehobot Foundation between the president of the Rehobot Foundation and the ambassador of the Order of the Knights of Malta present in Croatia.
The ambassador, Prof. Knight Pietro Mortini, Head of the Neurosurgery and Radiosurgery Unit of the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, accompanied by the Minister Counselor, Dr. Aldo di Biagio and the Counselor of the Embassy, Dr. Knight Massimiliano Prati, presented the Order of the Knights of Malta, established in the 11th century and recognized in 1113 by Pope Paschal II as a lay religious order.
The founding president, Sister Antonietta Maria Petrosino, in turn, spoke about the origins of the Rehobot Foundation which operates in Croatia and other Balkan states and illustrated its activities.
During the pleasant and constructive meeting, the common interest in serving the less well-off social groups and in supporting educational and training projects, common goods of society, emerged.

Some areas of collaboration were identified: cultural meetings on current issues; training meetings for volunteers; a shelter for children without families who leave the juvenile prison in Turopolje (Croatia) and more.
The meeting ended with the shared hope of a fruitful collaboration.
